RETURNS POLICY
Change of Mind
Items that were purchased in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, may be exchanged provided the item is returned within 7 days of receipt, unworn and in the original condition. If you change your mind on a garment a restocking fee of 10% will apply. Excludes embroidery, screen and digital printing.
Faulty Products
If a garment is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within 14 days. We reserve the right to repair all faulty and defective garments where possible instead of replacing or refunding. Garments damaged as a result of accidental damage, wear and tear, or mishandling will not be replaced or refunded.
